Bradford J. Zampa - Principal & Vice President
Bradford Zampa is a principal and founder of C&C Capital along with his partner Matthew Gum. Brad is currently involved in placing both debt and equity on a variety of commercial real estate product types throughout the western United States. Prior to founding C&C Capital, Brad worked at Michael O’Connor & Company for over 7-years specializing in financing office, R&D, retail, multi-family and condominium developments with institutional and private investors. Throughout his career, Brad has closed over $2 Billion in commercial real estate transactions.
After passing the California State Bar in June 1997, Brad decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate finance. He joined O’Connor & Fowler, later Michael O’Connor & Company, in September 1997 and was involved in the sourcing, underwriting, placing and closing of over $600 Million in transactions. Starting as an analyst, Brad moved into production and has established numerous local and out of state clients. He has worked with over 100 capital sources nationwide, placing both debt and equity on structured commercial real estate transactions. His clients include institutional buyers and developers, as well as local, private real estate professionals.
Brad was born and raised in San Francisco and Marin County where he currently resides. After graduating from the University of San Diego in 1992, Brad worked as a loan officer at Homeowner's Finance Center in San Francisco . In 1994 Brad went on to law school where he earned his J.D. at Golden Gate University with a real estate specialization and passed the bar in 1997. Brad practiced real estate law during and after law school in San Francisco with Wild, Carey & Fife and with Sheppard, Weisberg & Miller.
In conjunction with being an active member of State Bar of California and the American Bar Association Real Property Division, Brad is a licensed California real estate broker. In addition, he is an active member of ICSC, ULI and the MBA.
